Privacy and cookies

Our website sets strictly necessary cookies. These cookies are essential in order to enable us to move around the website and use its features, such as accessing secure areas of the website. Without these cookies services you have asked for, like shopping baskets or ebilling cannot be provided.

The facebook ‘like’ link is a targeting cookie which can be used on our website. Targeting cookies are used to deliver adverts more relevant to you and your interests. They are also used to limit the number of times you see an advertisement as well as help measure the effectiveness of the advertising campaign. They are usually placed by advertising networks with the website operator’s permission. They remember that you have visited a website and this information is shared with other organisations such as advertisers.   • We will not be held liable if our website is unavailable for any period of time.
  • You must not use any content of our website for any commercial or personal purpose without seeking written permission from us first.

Ordering

  • When placing an order with us, we will require some personal information including; your full name, email address, delivery address and contact telephone number. Please be reassured that your personal information will be kept strictly confidential and not passed on to any third party, with the exception of PayPal. (See below for further information regarding PayPal)
  • Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
  • You will receive an acknowledgement email immediately after placing your order. This contract is not concluded until you receive an email confirming that your item is being processed. You will receive a further email when your item has been dispatched.
  • We aim for all orders to be dispatched within three working days from when you receive the processing email, at the latest.
  • As our standard UK delivery is second class, your order should arrive with you within three to five working days following dispatch.
  • If there are any issues with your order or if delivery time is expected to be longer, Glowe Photography  will notify you with an expected delivery date. You will also be informed if a product is out of stock and when to expect delivery.
  • Bank holidays and weekends are not classed as working days.
  • We will not be liable if your parcel goes missing once delivered or left in your designated safe place.
  • If your items fail to be delivered to you due to being “lost in the post”, we reserve the right to ask you to wait twenty eight days, before a refund is given.
  • If you are unhappy with your items or change your mind, you have the legal right to cancel your order.
  • You must notify us within seven working days of receiving the items to be eligible for a full refund/exchange including delivery costs.
  • You must return your items in their original condition within fourteen days of delivery.Please note we are unable to cover any return postage costs unless the item was damaged before delivery, or fails to comply with the contract.

Payment

  • Glowe Photography  accepts payment by credit or debit card through PayPal, bank transfer or cheque.
  • Payment can be made using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron, American Express.
  • All our website financial transactions are handled through our payment service provider, PayPal. PayPal’s privacy policy can be found at www.paypal.com. We will share information with PayPal only for; the purpose of processing payments you make via www.glowephotgraphy.co.uk   refunding payments and dealing with complaints and queries relating to payments.

UK Shipping and delivery

  • We aim for all orders to be dispatched within three working days from when you receive the processing email, at the latest.
  • As our free standard UK delivery is second class, your order should arrive with you within three to four working days following dispatch.
  • If first class delivery and/or recorded delivery is required there will be an additional cost.

International deliveries

 For international locations we will charge postage by weight. Please contact us for a personal quote.

Refunds and exchanges policy
